Chris Cozens has over 11 years experience in holistic healing. Over 1,500 students have chosen training with him. Having had the good fortune to have trained with some of the best teachers in UK and overseas, he shares his knowledge in a friendly fast-track learning environment.
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal (Spiritual) Life Force. It has the same basic meaning as the Chinese “chi” and the Sanskrit “prana”. It is an ancient form of “hands-on” healing and was re-discovered in the 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui. It is spiritual in concept, not religious, and therefore is not attached to any dogma and can be accepted by any one of any faith. It can be taught to anybody, even children. It is normally applied by the hands indirectly and directly.
Reiki is used to treat both self and others, and is a powerful aid to personal growth. It works at and on all levels — Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical. The healing energy is drawn not from, but through the “healer’s” body ensuring that the healer’s own energy is not depleted, but is in fact enhanced and re-balanced from the energies flowing through. It can also be used on plants, animals — in fact, anything that is growing.

This course is for anyone wishing to learn how to get and give relief from just about any problem, whether it is Emotional, Physical or Psychological. Once learned you can help yourself, your friends and family with anything from a headache to a heartache! This powerful therapy is so gentle and easy to learn and perform that most people are gob-smacked at the results.
Now you can learn this in just one day and go home and start curing that night. Once you have your Foundation qualification you can go on to Level 2 Practitioner where you can use EFT in a professional setting with paying clients.
You will learn how to “tap away” - pain, fear, phobias, depression, allergies, cravings, addictions (including tobacco, alcohol and food), PTSD, OCD, ADHD, ME, CFS, Sporting and Personal Performance Issues and any other problem caused by emotional triggers.
The course runs from 10:00 till 4:30. Your investment for a lifetime of health and wellness is just £100 which includes alovely lunch at a local retaurant (not sandwiches!), 2 x manuals, materials and all refreshments.
